From left to right, the colors are She Was (cream satin), Infamous (warm matte coffee color), Known For (metallic warm bronze), Seeking (matte light brown), The Most (shimmery peach), Over The Top (matte chocolate brown), and Glamour (black with pink and gold shimmer).
Even though I have plenty of other neutral palettes, this one is quite unique with shades such as Infamous since it’s almost a pinky-brown and would look perfect as a crease color. Also I was pleasantly surprised with Glamour cause I was expecting just another matte black eyeshadow but this one had pink and gold shimmer which you never really see included in palettes and is quite a unique combination.
As for the quality of eyeshadows, they’re super creamy for a powder eyeshadow and feels lightweight yet you have plenty of control when applying it to your lids since it doesn’t go all over the lid like a chalky eyeshadow would. I applied these shadows without any primer underneath and they’re super pigmented as well. They did start to fade after 5 hours but I think that’s normal and expected. Also can we talk about the packaging? I love the sleek design and the wide mirror which makes it easy to see your eyes and re-apply throughout the day. The silver button makes it easy to open and close the palette and despite there being 7 eyeshadows in there, it’s super compact and doesn’t take up much room in your purse.
Overall, I’m impressed with this palette and the Marc Jacobs line in general (I also tried their Coconut Glow Highlighter a few months back and it’s holy grail material!) and can’t wait to try more products from them.
