Velvet For New Year’s Eve

I can’t believe there’s only a few days until 2017! The holidays always seem to fly by and while I’m excited for the new year, there’s going to be some big changes happening which I’m nervous about. Some of those big changes are graduating college in May (officially becoming an adult is so scary!) and then figuring out where I’m going to move to since my dream has always been to move out of Rochester and someplace more exciting and warm. I was going to go to college out of state but things didn’t work out that way but now I feel more prepared and the timing feels right but the only problem is where to? I’m the type of person that has a hard time deciding on what to eat for lunch so imagine how difficult it must be for me to decide on a city! haha. There’s just so many amazing cities in warm climates where I can work in the social media industry, it’s just I don’t know which one so if there’s any recommendations let me know! I keep trying to remind myself that everything is going to work out and to trust the process but can you blame a girl for freaking out a little? haha.
Aside from my tiny meltdown, I was planning on wearing this outfit for a New Year’s Eve party and thought this top was gorgeous since it’s red velvet, has bell sleeves, and cut-out shoulders. I paired it with my all-time favorite heels which you would never guess is from Forever 21 because they look so much more expensive! I know a lot of you gals have been asking about them on Insta but sadly I can’t find the exact ones cause they’re sold out online and in stores. I bought them about a month ago so maybe you’ll find them at your local Forever 21.
