Blazer: Rag & Bone via Placement Boutique // Clutch: Placement Boutique // Shirt: Express // Jeans: J. Crew // Necklace: J. Crew // Shoes: Sam Edelman // Lipstick: Maybelline “Divine Wine”
Happy Monday! I know the next few weeks are going to be painful to say the least since we’re nearing the end of the semester and finals are coming up. On top of it, all those presentations ugh. I have three coming up this week and it’s hard finding professional clothes to wear that are stylish and unique. But that’s where Placement boutique comes in! They’re a local boutique that’s located in Eastview Mall over in Victor, NY and I’m shocked by all the brands that they carry! Sadly, Rochester is lacking in the designer brands department so it’s nice to go to a place where they have so many brands that I used to be able to only find online. I’m talking Cupcakes & Cashmere, Vince, and even Sara Happ products!
If you’ve been following me on Instagram then you would’ve already seen my favorites that I picked out from the boutique last week which includes holiday party dresses, coats, and beautiful accessories. They were kind enough to lend me this beautiful Rag & Bone blazer (check out the collar details!) and blue clutch that says “Mine All Mine” on it! I can totally picture myself wearing this to presentations and then heading to dinner to celebrate the end of the semester later on that day. While boutiques have the stigma that they’re “expensive”, that’s not the case with Placement which wasn’t intimidating at all and had a variety of clothes for budgets of all kinds. While this blazer is an investment piece, the clutch is actually $20!
The best part is that they’re having a pop-up shop over at St. John Fisher College (aka the school I go to) during free period so if you’re a student, make sure to stop by and check out their selection! I’ll be there procrastinating studying and talking fashion so it’ll be fun!
Thanks for reading,
