Hey ladies, here’s what I wore to the Her Conference in NYC on Saturday. I woke up a half hour early just to have time to take these photos before the conference haha. Life is hard as a blogger! I had this dress in my closet for a while yet couldn’t find the right occasion to wear it to. I originally wanted to wear a white midi skirt that I found on sale at H&M but couldn’t find a good crop top to go with it so I went this dress which turned out to be a good choice (and only $25!). I got so many compliments during the conference and even had some photos taken by an intern for College Fashionista! If only I got her name 🙁 If you’re reading this, thank you for featuring me! 

As for the accessories, I recently added these purple Ray-Bans to my sunglasses collection that’s going to transition well into the fall along with these new heels. The conference was from 8am to 4:30 and surprisingly these heels didn’t hurt my feet at all! I’m pretty sure it’s because of the thicker, block heel. Did I mention the heels actually have black stones on them? Sadly, they didn’t show up in the photos but the shoes are so much gorgeous in person. Of course after 4, I just had to change into flats since no one walks in heels in NYC haha. I highly recommend keeping some fold-able travel flats in your bag (myn fit in my crossbody!) if you’re going to be walking a lot in a city. 

Well that’s it for now, now I’m off to work and my normal life. Every time I come back from a trip, I always feel so depressed being back home and just feel the urge to travel again. I wonder what my next destination is going to be 😉
