Puffy vests are typically something that I shy away from. I just can’t help but think of that one Seinfeld episode where George (my favorite character!) is rocking an obnoxiously puffy coat made out of gore-tex. Of course, J.Crew would be the store that completely changes my mind on all things “puffy”. The pretty cranberry color and the useful pockets makes it both chic and warm enough for the chilly fall days. Instead of going the casual route, I decided to dress it up with this gorgeous new skirt from Zara and my J.Crew necklace that matches the vest. When it comes to fashion, I always seem to play it safe with more simple outfit choices but like I mentioned before, this blog always makes me want to do something a little bit different. It’s fashion and there’s practically no rules so why not experiment?
