I used to think the crop top trend was intimidating and something that wasn’t worn in real life unless you’re a skinny hot celebrity but that couldn’t be farther from the truth! Crop tops can look amazing if you pair it with a high waisted skirt so only a sliver of skin is shown. What I like about this one is that it’s not too revealing and is made out of scuba material that’s really popular right now.
I decided to pair it with this gorgeous Ann Taylor skirt I spotted a few days ago from their new collection. It’s made out of this comfortable linen material which makes it easy to keep cool in during the summer while the rhinestones gives it some glamour. The only downside is the skirt does wrinkle really easily which can get a bit annoying.
Lastly, I decided to add a sequin clutch since the rest of my outfit is so plain and is a great contrast against the rhinestones. At first I thought rhinestones and sequins? Scary! But the dark colors makes it look more sophisticated than childish.
Until next time lovelies,
