Just like the LBD, every girl needs a pretty LWD in their closet for hot summer days. This one I bought at the Shopbop 25% sale a few months back and wore it so many times while I was in Istanbul. It’s made out of such a pretty tweed material that’s thin enough for the summertime but classy enough for fancy lunches, dinners, or any other special occasion. I’m actually not a fan of those low-cut lace up dresses that everyone seems to be wearing these days (seriously how are you comfortable going out with your boobs hanging out like that? haha) but this one isn’t revealing so it’s perfect for me. 
As for the bag, yes I finally got my own Chanel! I bought it at a consignment shop in Istanbul and loved the small box shape that somehow manages to fit all the essentials while the silver chain isn’t something that I usually seen from Chanel anymore so I had to get it. While the inside is a bit scratched up, the outside is in perfect condition so I highly recommend consignment shops if you want to get a Chanel for a lower price. Even though now I offically own a Chanel bag, I still feel like it doesn’t count cause it’s vintage ya know what I mean? Like I want to go into the actual store and buy one with the box and bag and carry it around everywhere haha. It’s all about the experience! One day it’s going to happen but for now I’ll settle for this lol. 
As for what’s going on in my real life, I actually injured my knee a few weeks back (I don’t even remember how! crazy right?!) and tore my meniscus and PCL so I’m having a rough time walking for more than 5 minutes without my leg going numb. Fun! Not. Especially in NYC where you have to walk everywhere ugh. So I’m just walking around with a chunky knee brace and waiting for my appointment in 2 weeks to see a specialist. I’m just praying it’s nothing serious. Nothing like having one bad knee to make you appreciate your health!

  20. Such a cute dress! I love the fabric 🙂 I'm so weird, but I prefer vintage bags! When they come a little pre-loved, I don't feel so bad about carrying them in the rain or accidentally dropping them. Your Chanel is amazing!
