In the past 2 weeks, Dallas has been slowly opening up shops, restaurants, salons etc. and I couldn’t be more excited! During quarantine, one of the places that I discovered during an isolated walk is Adriatica Village located in McKinney, TX. You would never think a place like this would exist in suburban Dallas but it does! It’s a Croatia-inspired village with beautiful houses, a cute chapel, cobblestone streets, local shops, cafes – right next to the water. I was mesmerized the first time that I walked around here and decided to come back to take some outfit photos. Photos don’t do justice though – Time magazine actually did an interview with the creator of this village and has a gorgeous video on it that you can watch here.
I decided to wear one of my favorite one shoulder tops (as if I don’t have enough already! lol) from Red Dress. I paired it with my favorite pair of ripped jeans from Abercrombie and a black clutch that’s actually a crossbody bag (I love versatile bags!). It felt nice to get dressed up again, even if it is for some blog photos and just walking around a pretty place.
What are you most excited to do after the quarantine is over? Let me know in the comments below!
