Now that we’re all in quarantine, I’ve been spending these past few weeks working out at home and trying not to lose my momentum (like many people, I’m sure!). In case you didn’t know, I’ve been trying to lose weight since last summer and while I’ve made progress, I seem to have a hit a block last month but I’m determined to keep going. One of the perks of home workouts on apps is that there’s such a large variety available and now they all seem to have free trials to keep you busy! I’ve been doing the 4-week challenge on the Sculpt Society app and I’m finishing up my second week today which inspired me to do this home workout essentials post. Fitness isn’t something that I talk about too often on my blog but I would love to start! Here are some things that I ordered this month, which has made working out from home so much easier. I might never go back to a traditional gym after this!
