Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of all-white outfits on Sweet, Short & Stylish but this one has to be my favorite. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I actually have a tan for once haha but I think it’s because this outfit consists of girly elements with the blush pink yet it’s a simple outfit and easy to recreate. These past couple of months, I’ve noticed a huge shift in my style and I prefer wearing simple things in neutral colors which I used to think was boring but it’s made my life so much EASIER. You can mix and match outfits when you have a neutral color palette and you can focus on accessories since they stand out so much. Of course, I haven’t gone to a minimalist wardrobe (I don’t know how people do that haha) because once in a while I’ll find something cute that’s patterned or in a bold color but I try not to overdo it since I know I get sick of things easily and always go back to the basics. For this look, I pulled out this old Free People top which is super thin so it keeps me cool during humid summer days and my favorite white hat that makes me wish I was vacationing in St. Tropez. Also can we talk about this handbag? I already own one with a metal handle in black seen here but this pink one is perfect for the summer and was only $25 at TJ Maxx! In case you can’t find it there, Topshop has a dupe that I linked below.
Also I forgot to mention this (although I talked about it briefly on Insta!) but as you can tell, there’s a new site design! We’re still working on a few glitches here and there but it looks a million times better than before. I can’t believe this is my site cause it’s so much more polished and chic! My friend Chloe actually designed it and if you’re need of a new website design, feel free to email me and I’ll send you her info!
