When it comes to perfume, I always seem to be attracted towards unique shaped bottles that I can display on my vanity. You’re spending all that money so why not have something that looks pretty too? If you’re like me, then look no further than Nina Ricci perfumes. Super-girly, sweet, and feminine scents pretty much make up their fragrance line and is a perfect gift for all fashionistas out there.
I think there’s about 4 different versions of the fragrance Nina but there could be more since I’ve seen limited edition versions of the fragrance out around the holidays. I’ve always liked Nina L’Elixir, not only for the pretty ombre bottle but for it’s scent that’s not as sweet as the other fragrances. It defiantly is a “going-out” scent since it is a bit heavier, but not enough to give you a massive headache.
The top notes are lemon and berries, the middle note is jasmine, and the bottom note is musk so it can last longer on the skin. I would say the longevity of this perfume is about 6-7 hours which is typical for eau de parfum. Since it’s such a long-lasting perfume, you only need one or two sprays and you’re good for the whole day.
I hope you enjoyed this review and of course I would recommend going out and actually testing it before buying the fragrance! Perfume always seems to smell different on everyone because of our body chemistry.
Until next time lovelies,
