The title’s kinda funny cause everyday is casual monday in my book. I don’t get many opportunities to dress up and I always felt sad about that. Maybe in a unconscious sorta-of way, I chose to study business so I can dress up in suits all the time. Just watch, I’ll probably end up working in the most casual office ever.
As you can see, I’m wearing white again and I swear some days it seems like that’s all I have in my wardrobe. It’s funny cause at one point in time I was buying a lot of black shirts cause I thought they made me look slimmer or that’s what all the magazines said. I don’t think that’s how personal style should work, just wear whatever you want to and don’t listen to those “fashion rules”. Rules are meant to be broken and some of the most awesome trends have started because of breaking the rules.
As for the shoes, I picked these up on a spontaneous trip to Marshalls and I love how they just go with everything. Why I haven’t bought brown shoes before is beyond me. I wish I can post an actual link to them but if it helps they did retail for around $34.99 so keep an eye out at your local Marshalls if you are interested!
