When it comes to shoes and bags, I’m a huge Tory Burch fan yet only own a few pieces because of the expensive price tag (college kids are always broke! ugh) and when I heard that she was coming out with a perfume, I was excited to try it out! NOW that I heard that she’s also coming out with a makeup line, I’m beyond excited! Just look at the packaging! How gorgeous would that look on a vanity?!

The collection is all about the saying “Less is more” and focuses on enhancing one’s natural beauty with only a few essential products. I do like her philosophy and I think it’s great for the everyday women who doesn’t have much time to get ready in the mornings yet needs that little something to make her feel glam. The only problem I have with the line is that it’s supposedly scented with her new perfume that came out so some people might have problems with it if they don’t like the smell of the perfume or have allergy problems. The collection features a face brush, bronzer/blush palette, cheek/lip tint, and the designer’s signature lipstick.
The line is already on sale in Tory Burch boutiques and on the Tory Burch website yet surprisingly I didn’t see much of the collection online when I looked it up. Could it already be sold out? I’m assuming that this is a limited edition collection since I haven’t seen anything about it being a permanent line.
I’m not too sure that I’ll be picking up anything from this collection since it’s a bit hard to buy makeup online without testing it or seeing swatches for yourself in real life so I’ll skip this one. I’m actually not surprised that she came out with a makeup line since Marc Jacobs and Michael Kors have had so much success with their own. I just wish that it was being offered in more places such as department stores in order for everyone to get a chance to see it.
