More gel polishes arrived this week in the mail, I feel like I have my own inventory by now haha. Anyways, this week’s nails are featuring Gelish’s “Oocha Coocha Bing Bang Bam Alakazay Alakazam” (seriously who made up that name?!) which is a teal color with green shimmer in it that reflects gold at times. This specific polish is from their Aurora FX collection which basically is all shimmery gel polishes. Although I’m a sucker for teals and love the color, it annoyed me that it came out a bit streaky and still wasn’t opaque after 3 thin coats. I’m thinking it has something to do with the formula since this specific color was thinner than other Gelish polishes I’ve used but at least the shimmer effect makes up for it! It was a bit hard to catch on camera but it looks so much better in real life.
