“I always wonder why birds stay in the same place when they can fly anywhere on the earth. Then I ask myself the same question.”
Top: Hollister (sold out), (similar) // Skirt: Topshop (sold out), (similar 1), (similar 2) (similar 3) // Shoes: Michael Kors (sold out) (similar 1) (similar 2) // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff // Sunglasses: Ray-Ban
My favorite item that I’ve bought from my London trip is this skirt. Instantly when I spotted it I thought of the quote above and knew that it would represent my love for traveling perfectly. Sure, I love clothes just as much as the next person but when a piece of clothing has some meaning behind it, it becomes so much more special. Unfortunately it’s sold out online so I linked some similar ones. As for the top, this is my first time wearing a bardot style top and although I was hesitant, I ended up falling love with it! It just gives any outfit a retro touch without looking outdated. Plus I got it for $6 on sale at Hollister so that really sealed the deal haha.
I’m also wearing my new Rebecca Minkoff bag which is slightly bigger than my mint one. I find that with the mint one, I can only fit in my wallet and keys but with this one I can pack a whole bunch of stuff inside! So much more roomy. Although I usually don’t wear dark colors like this during the summer, I just couldn’t resist and knew it would be a great bag no matter what time of year I wear it.
Hope you enjoyed this post!
